Family Visit Request

If you would like to request a family visit, please text the family line. Our clinical team reviews visit requests and can help you understand whether a visit may be approved, who is allowed to come, and what rules need to be followed before Sunday visiting hours.

Want to request a family visit? Text the family line and include the client’s name, who wants to visit, and whether you are asking for this Sunday. Visits are not automatic and must be approved by the therapist and clinical team before the Sunday visit.

The family line routes to our clinical team so they can review visit questions and approval requests.

How do you request a family visit?

The easiest way to request a visit is to text the family line. This allows our clinical team to review the request, check timing, and confirm whether the visit may be approved. Please include the client’s name, who wants to visit, and whether you are requesting approval for this Sunday.

When are family visits allowed?

Family visits are held on Sundays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, but only when the visit has been approved ahead of time by the therapist and clinical team.

What are the family visit rules?

Visitors are subject to search and UA Visitors may be searched and may be subject to UA requirements. This helps protect safety and keep substances out of the facility.
Anything brought for a client must be searched Any item brought for a client must be checked before it is allowed in. This helps prevent unsafe or prohibited items from entering the program.
No pets unless approved Pets are not allowed unless they are specifically approved in advance. This helps maintain safety, cleanliness, and program consistency.
Leave bags, purses, and phones in the car Visitors must leave personal bags, purses, and phones in the car unless otherwise directed. This reduces risk, protects privacy, and supports house rules.
